How do I Cancel my Membership?
We require that any membership cancellation request is emailed to us at memberships@wewhiten.com. Please include your full name, email address & phone number so that we can accurately locate your profile. We do not accept membership cancellation requests via phone or in-studio.
Memberships will be cancelled 30 days from the date we are emailed the initial cancellation request. After 30 days, you will lose access to membership pricing at our studios, but your membership credits will never expire.
Can I Freeze My Membership?
Absolutely! You may freeze your membership for up to 3 months. During the freeze period, you will be billed $1 per month. You are able to redeem credits and keep access to membership pricing during the freeze period.
Do Membership Credits Expire?
Membership Credits do not expire. If you ever cancel your Membership, you will lose access to membership pricing. Membership credits can still be applied towards non-member priced appointments.
