Monthly Maintenance Membership

How do I Cancel my Membership?
We require that any membership cancellation request is emailed to us at memberships@wewhiten.com. Please include your full name, email address & phone number so that we can accurately locate your profile. We do not accept membership cancellation requests via phone or in-studio.
Can I Freeze My Membership?
Absolutely! You may freeze your membership for up to 3 months. During the freeze period, you will be billed $1 per month. You are able to redeem credits and keep access to membership pricing during the freeze period.
Do Membership Credits Expire?
Membership Credits do expire after 24 months. If you ever cancel your Membership, you will also lose access to membership pricing. Membership credits can still be applied towards non-member priced appointments.
